Shipping & Returns

On business days, the order will leave our premises on the same day the purchase process is completed, provided a process occurs:
  • Proof of payment for the order is completed by 2:00 p.m. on the same day (either the MB / PayPal payment notification). For logistic reasons, after this time, the order will only be sent to the carrier on the following business day.
  • During the weekends, or in case of holidays, orders will only be dispatched on the next business day.
The RITMOCRESCENTE, LDA. is not responsible for any damage or delay that may occur during the transport of the order to the customer, since it is the responsibility of the carrier. Exceptional situations will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

The cost of each shipment is calculated for each order, and depends on the number of products and the destination. At the end of the purchase you will receive the different options available. For Continental Portugal, the transport of orders above €35 is free. Customs Fees: Shipping outside Europe may be delayed by customs services in the destination country. Customs costs shall be borne by the customer.

The order can be tracked through the code transmitted to the customer when the order is shipped on the company's website. RITMOCRESCENTE, LDA. cannot be responsible if the service is not in operation, once, after the order leaves our premises, it will be managed by the transport company.
RITMOCRESCENTE, LDA. can never be reasponsible in case of a problem during transport, since it is not our responsibility. 

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days of receipt of the article.
  • You should contact us by email: geral@ritmocrescente.pt, informing us of the intention to return or exchange a product.
  • Please mention the order number and the products to be returned.
You will receive an email from us with all the necessary information to make the return.
By following the instructions sent by email and after receiving the products, in their original packaging, without having been used (in perfect condition and accompanied by any manuals, etc ...) will receive a new product, voucher or the return of the product value (excluding delivery costs) by the same payment method used or deposit into the BBSKIN client account.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refund must be made within 14 days.
No exchanges are permitted in the case of:
(a) Deliveries of products that have been made to the user's specifications, or that are clearly customized for your personal needs;
(b) Delivery of products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons and in which a seal has been removed after delivery;
(c) Delivery of the following products: Supplements, Food, Underwear (ex: bras, braces, braces), Compression stockings, Articles of ophthalmology.

Completion of order and payment obligation By completing the order confirms, you are expressly and consciously, that the order implies a payment. Territorial restrictions and means of payment accepted In the case of BBSkin, delivery is only made for the countries listed in the new customer registry, countries are listed above.
